Do you ever feel like singing makes your throat feel tired or sore? Find yourself struggling to hit high notes? Maybe you just love to sing and you’re not sure how to improve? Are you new to singing or a seasoned pro? No matter your singing background, we can help you become the singer you’ve always wanted to be!
Our unique vocal instruction technique is based on the Cornelius Reid method of vocal training. This method treats the vocal folds like the muscles that they are, using a series of exercises to strengthen them and increase their flexibility — resulting in greater range, stamina, and improved vocal tone. We start by separating your vocal registers, strengthening each separately, then carefully pushing your and your endurance. As your voice grows stronger, you will be more confident in your singing ability with each lesson!
Due to the advanced methods we use, it’s best if the student’s voice has matured somewhat before starting their vocal training with us. As such, we are not currently accepting students who are too young for middle school (grades 5 and below). We do recommend other forms of musical training, such as piano or other instruments, or group lessons with a children’s choir.
Like any other muscular training regimen, the vocal folds benefit from training hard multiple times per week with periods of rest and recovery between. This is why we offer a discount for students who sign up for twice weekly lessons. As students of this technique, we have both found in our own training that switching to twice weekly lessons dramatically increased our rate of improvement. Students who study with us multiple times a week are discouraged from scheduling lessons on consecutive days as they will need time for rest.
We are located just a mile off Highway 89 / Main Street and only a few miles from Utah State University. Please contact us for directions and to sign up for your lessons using the button below.
Online Lesson Options
Online lessons are also available for students who live outside of Logan / Cache Valley - we do teach students from across the country and we’ll work with you to get you the best instruction possible. We teach over Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, or Google Meet depending on the student’s needs and the Internet connection quality. For these, we ask that you have a separate device (phone, computer, tablet, etc.) from the one that you are using for your lesson; this is for playing any accompanying music that you may need.

However, students who repeatedly cancel lessons last-minute or who are frequently absent without notifying us in advance may forfeit any pre-paid lessons and/or be dropped as a student.

|2nd (and 3rd) 60-minute lesson / week||$30|
August 1st through September 15th, 2021 - All new voice students: Get 50% off your first lesson!
Permanent Offer - Buy One Get One 1/2 Off — Students who sign up for twice weekly lessons pay full price for the first lesson of the week and half price for the second.
For example, if the student would like to take twice-weekly lessons at an hour each, they would pay $60 for a lesson on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, and then only $30 if they take another lesson on Thursday or Friday. This offer does not apply if a student schedules a second lesson in a calendar week and then misses it (e.g. has Monday/Thursday lessons and then has to cancel on Thursday) - the full price will apply to the first lesson the following week.
Students on a twice-weekly schedule are strongly advised to take one or more days of rest between lessons.
Sheet Music for Lessons
Students are responsible for purchasing any copies of music they may need at their voice lessons.
Payment for lessons may be by check, cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. If the student desires to pay by PayPal or Venmo, the teacher may charge up to $3 for processing fees.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for all the lesson payments and fees of their minor children.
Ideally, students pay the teacher at the beginning of each lesson; they may also pay for multiple lessons in advance. If a student neglects to pay for four (4) lessons and is in behind in payments, then he/she may not schedule another lesson until all outstanding lessons are paid for, plus a $10 late fee.
